Public Speaking

I often deliver talks and commentaries to various local history and heritage groups on various topics usually of the Famine, Victorian and early 20th century. I was Guest Speaker to Crawford Art Gallery Lunchtime Lecture Series, 2011 topics of the Great Famine and often perform the role of MC at book launches, historical events, concerts, commemorations and conferences. Often delivered small group talks to local schools and engage with local schools on historic projects relevant to their area, such as commemorating for the Easter Rising, the 100th Anniversary of the Titanic, Famine experience, medieval castles project in connection with the MacCarthy Glas Archive.
